Individuals may find the large numbers in a conventional classroom make concentration difficult and do not allow enough time for their own questions, this is not a problem at Cowes sailing School where you are taught at your own pace with no other distractions, apart from the view!

This type of tuition is especially good for those who come to the course with some prior knowledge of the subject in some areas but will require in depth tuition in the weaker areas.

The RYA syllabus will be covered, with the emphasis on the areas that the client is less familiar rather than spending time reiterating previous knowledge.

Taking 5 consecutive days to complete a navigation course can be daunting if school was a long time ago, or if work or family commitments do not allow this much time away. With Cowes Sailing School it is possible to arrange 5 days of tuition at your own convenience, allowing time to absorb the information and to complete the homework at leisure.
