Bookings
Full payment must be made 28 days prior to the start of the course.
Courses are only booked on receipt of deposit.

Client Cancellation
We reserve the right to retain the total fee if the cancellation is made within 28 days of the commencement of the course.
We will endeavour to replace you and refund, but this may not always be possible.

Course Cancellation
In the event of a course being cancelled by us due to circumstances beyond our control our liability will be limited to return of the fee and deposit already paid.
Every effort will be made to place you onto another course.
We strongly recommend that you take out personal holiday and travel insurance.

Race Cancellation
In the event of a race being cancelled by the organising authority for any reason, Cowes Sailing School will not be responsible for any refunds.

Damage
All damage, however small, must be reported to the skipper.
If a student causes unnecessary damage or loss to boat or equipment then the student is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

Insurance
The School is Insured for Instruction.
We strongly advise that each student takes out their own holiday and travel insurance to cover cancellation, accident, illness and personal effects.
Whilst operating a Duty of Care aboard we are unable to take responsibility for each student's personal actions and effects.
